Here, members of the Bonsai Team are “densifying” the floor, which is one of the last steps to polishing concrete. Prior to this, there are multiple steps, where the installer will grind the concrete, clean, grind some more, clean again… you get the process! The process is extremely similar to installing hardwood floors, where once the wood has been installed and glued down, the wood will need sanded a couple of times to ensure the floor is even and ready for the coats of stain, finish, and other products. In this case, concrete behaves in similar way!
